Vinayak Electricals, quality control is not just a process but a way
of life. In fact, it is backed by minute by minute monitoring
process. We make use of raw materials such as Brass, Mild steel,
Copper, Polycarbonate powder, and ABS powder. These materials are
thoroughly tested before being used in the manufacturing process.
Each and every piece undergoes stringent quality control at every
stage. The tests on the final products are done at our high tech
laboratory, and all the accessories are put through IS : 3854 and IS
: 1293 standards of testing. Each and every socket per batch is
subject to 25,000 operations, when only 5000 are required as per the
standards. This quality policy that we follow gives our company more
credibility. Our range of products have never failed in exceeding the expectations of our clients.
Infrastructure
Our company possesses a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit, which is facilitated with the latest machines and technology. We make use of special German made L&T Demag machines, LEXAN polycarbonate engineering plastic machines, Drill machines, Powerpress, Lath machines, and Pratishna Engineering injection moulding machines. Along with, we have an advanced micro-processor based technology, which has a capacity of about 60 to 100 tonnes with automatic and dehumidifying air drying facilities. With the help of these facilities, we are able to produce the highest quality of high impact resistance switches.
